Healthy Meal for Anytime 1 avacado sliced in half 2 or 3 slices of tomato 2 slices of whole grain & oats toast with butter A small glass of milk or K2O protein water I used Morton's Nature's Seasoning Blend on the veggies. Nutritous and tasty for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack time. Eat Healthy!

Fruitful Smoothie 1 handful of ice 5 frozen whole strawberries 5 frozen peach slices 1 ripe banana 3 heaping tablespoons Yoplait peach yogurt 1 scoop whey powder sprinkle cinnamon generously on top 2 teaspoons Splenda 3 splashes of Orange Peach Sunny D 3 splashes of 2% milk Blend on high. Serve with a spoon and a straw.
